okay, here's my latest reason for why i haven't submitted anything: i've decided to move countries in december. this will cost a lot of money, and at the moment i don't have any money. so i've been forced into constant work to try and save up - computer support by day, web design by night. so i have no free time for art, or anything else. HOWEVER. i do have a lot of art things i have been reeeeeally wanting to do lately. so, after the next two or three projects, i should hopefully have no more web design work, and i'm just going to focus on folio pieces for the rest of the year. digital paintings and such. so, a little waiting, then i am

guys, i'm back from japan (also: guys, i went to japan)! there's a catch though: i'm pretty happy with my snowboarding ability otherwise, and i had a LOT of fun, however, one time, instead of snowboarding forwards like i usually do, i snowboarded downwards, and then in rapid tumbling circles. this type of snowboarding (awesome as it may be) has resulted in a broken wrist and a bitter/vengeful skeleton which has since stolen $300 from my wallet. what does this mean for you, the reader? not a lot. for me though, it means no computer games, no drawing, and a cast in 40°C heat. so basically the point of this journal entry is to say that i'
